Expo Tequila Tijuana 2025 will take place in a new location: the parking lot of Plaza Río Tijuana. The event will be held on the same dates as originally planned, from Thursday, October 16 to Sunday, October 19.
The change comes after a sinkhole appeared on 10th Street between Revolución and Madero Avenues, prompting city authorities to close the area and redirect traffic. To support the recovery efforts and ensure a safe, accessible space for attendees, organizers decided to move the celebration to Plaza Río.
With over 20 years of tradition, Expo Tequila Tijuana is one of the city’s most beloved cultural events, bringing together tequila producers, artisans, musicians, and food vendors in a festive atmosphere. The new venue promises the same vibrant experience, now in one of Tijuana’s most iconic and central locations.
Everyone is invited to enjoy the flavors, music, and spirit of Mexico at Plaza Río this October.
